Content workflow
From idea to published post, with media, statuses, comments and history.
Content workflow
Every post moves through explicit states. This prevents a publication from being considered ready before the client reviews it.
Post states
- Draft: an idea or brief still being built.
- In production: the team is working on the caption, artwork or video.
- Awaiting approval: the client received the link and needs to decide.
- Changes requested: the client requested a change; the conversation stays attached to the post.
- Approved: the client validated the content.
- Scheduled: date and time are confirmed.
- Published: execution is complete.
Create and review
Enter the title, platform, format, brief, caption, CTA and internal notes. Save small changes often. The history records status changes and helps explain what happened at each stage.
Upload media
Choose an image or video in the upload field. A modal shows the file name, progress, success or error. Wait for Upload complete before closing the window. If it fails, correct the indicated format or size and try again.
Thumbnails may be reused from the browser cache. The cache is only an optimization: permission to view the file is still validated by the server.
Review and approval
Before generating the link, check the date, time, platform, format and media. The client sees only public comments and permitted materials. Internal notes must never be used for external communication.
When the client requests changes, the owner's notification points to the original post. After completing the change, reply in the conversation and send it for approval again.
