Accounts, team and storage
Understand who manages each workspace and how files are organized.
Three PostemFlow areas
PostemFlow separates the experience into three areas:
- Platform dashboard: used only by the product administrator to follow companies, trials and limits.
- Company workspace: used by the owner and team for clients, calendar, content and settings.
- Client portal: an external private link for approval, comments and material uploads.
How storage works
Logos, images, videos and materials are uploaded to PostemFlow's private storage by the server. The browser never receives storage credentials; PostemFlow stores only the metadata needed to locate and authorize each file.
Invited members work within their workspace permissions. Each company has an independent storage quota managed by the platform owner.
Team invitations
The owner enters an email, role and, optionally, an expiration date. The invited person can sign in with Google using the same email or create an alternative password.
Suspending, revoking or letting access expire blocks entry without deleting workspace files.
Limits and access
The platform administrator can define the plan, trial period, maximum number of members and maximum number of clients. When a limit is reached, the system warns before allowing new records.
To handle a request, the administrator can temporarily enter a workspace through Enter support mode. The session expires automatically, identifies the workspace at the top of the screen and records changes in the audit log. Exit support mode ends access and returns to the platform dashboard.
The platform administrator does not receive storage tokens. Support mode is exclusive, temporary and separate from the company's normal session.
