Integrations and storage
PostemFlow keeps planning in the workspace and uses connected services for files and publishing. An unavailable integration should produce a clear warning without breaking clients, calendar or approval.
Google Drive
Connect Drive in Settings and choose the account for your work. PostemFlow automatically organizes client, brand and content folders.
If the connection expires, reconnect the account and run a test upload. Meanwhile, clients, calendar and approval continue to work normally.
The integration accepts professional Instagram accounts (Business or Creator). Feed, carousel and Reels use Meta's publishing workflow; Stories require a Business account and one image or video per publication. To use it, ask the person responsible for PostemFlow configuration to enable Instagram and complete account authorization.
Once the account is available:
- Open the client that will use Instagram.
- Choose Connect Instagram and follow the authorization screen.
- Confirm that the displayed username is correct.
- Run a test publication before using a real campaign.
For a Story, select Stories in the editor, upload one image or video and prefer a vertical 9:16 ratio. PostemFlow keeps the content in the queue and marks the publication complete only after Meta's final confirmation.
If the account does not appear or publishing fails, check that it is professional, authorization was completed and the configuration owner received the error message.
Data and compliance
When enabled, the connector may process the account ID, username, authorized scopes, token expiration, media IDs, job status and data required to publish the caption and media. Tokens are encrypted on the server; they never enter HTML, browser payloads or logs.
Before enabling the integration in production, keep the public Privacy Policy current, state the purpose and data-deletion path, configure the policy link in Meta's dashboard and complete any permissions or reviews required by the product. The integration remains disabled until these items and server-only secrets are ready.
